If you are not receiving the alarm call from your device.
Very first thing is to check this article and make sure the appropriate Monimoto number is saved to your contacts. Calling numbers for Monimoto 7 and Monimoto 9.
Check your missed call logs and voice mail to make sure the call was not mistakenly ignored.
Make sure there is no spam protection/fraud blocking either on your phone, or from your phone service provider.
Additionally make sure any previous alarm has been fully disarmed. If an alarm was triggered, and you previously received a phone call. But the device is not yet disarmed using by your Key Fob, Bluetooth connection in the App (through Device Settings), or Alarm Actions - Disarm/Snooze. Then the device will consider it is still 'stolen' and all subsequent events are part of the same theft meaning you will not receive a new phone call.
If you have already made sure any previous alarm was disarmed, and you have started a new alarm event and are still not receiving the call or if you have never received an alarm call during testing. Then check top-right corner head icon (account settings) and see if your phone number is in the correct international calling format +(country code)(phone number).
A common mistake is adding extra 0s where they are not necessary for example:
+4407520631189 is incorrect, it should be +447520631189
Or +610459342132 instead of +61459342132
Make sure there are no extra 0's after or within your country code, and only those that are supposed to be there for example: Greece +30 or Romania +40 or +370 Lithuania are correct.
