This means since the setup process your device has not yet received a GPS location during an alarm test, please try to test the alarm, make sure the test is long enough for the device to get a GPS location.
Leave the Key Fob at home, turn off Bluetooth on your phone/close the Monimoto App, then take your Monimoto for a ride at least 50m away from the Key Fob for 10-15 min. it should alarm and call you/send notifications then send a location within 5 minutes of the alarm being activated.
If you do not receive a GPS location during this process that notification will remain, please contact our support team for further assistance using in-App message or by email to support@monimoto.com.
