For M9

1. Press and hold the reset button (DO NOT RELEASE UNTIL TOLD TO DO SO) the LED will display BLINKING BLUE for 3 seconds and then turn OFF.

2. Continue to hold button for 11 more seconds, LED will display SOLID BLUE and after 1 second SOLID RED at the same time, both RED and BLUE LED's will remain ON together.

3. Release the button and both LED's will turn OFF for a short 2 seconds and after will be a short RED LED flash followed by 2 second BLUE LED flash. This means successful reset to default.

IMPORTANT: If you release too early you will not see step 2 or 3 behavior and instead the LED will be OFF meaning you have turned OFF the device. If that has happened, plug in USB-C charging cable to turn ON the device (should see pulsing RED LED) then unplug and try steps again from the beginning.

For M7

1. Ensure batteries are inserted into your Monimoto.

2. Press and hold the little square reset button on the back of the device above the batteries for 3 Red LED Flashes.

3. After releasing the button, the Red LED will flash quickly followed by a Green LED flash.

4. This will reset the device to default mode.

For MM5/MM6

1. Ensure batteries are inserted into your Monimoto.

2. Press and hold the little reset button next to the SIM card for at least 3 seconds.

3. After releasing the button, the Red LED should start blinking, quickly followed by a Green LED flash after about 3 seconds.

4. This will reset the device to default mode.

FOR MM1/MM2

Watch this video to see how it is done:

1. Ensure batteries are inserted into your Monimoto.

2. Connect Monimoto to your computer or phone charger using a micro USB data cable.

3. Wait while the red LED flashes repeatedly at least ~13 times (1 flash per sec.).

4. Unplug the micro USB cable and you should see one long LED flash for about 5 seconds.

5. Monimoto will restart.

6. Parameters have been successfully reset to default.

If you are getting one continuous red LED flash, it means your Monimoto is plugged in without batteries or batteries are low. In that case please put new batteries in and try once again.
