Have your Key Fob, Monimoto, and Phone in bluetooth range.
Turn on Bluetooth and enable location services (if possible) on your phone.
Go to the Monimoto App -> Device Settings -> Manage Key Fobs -> Add new Key Fob (it's in top-right corner).
