Can I use my own SIM card in Monimoto device? (MM1/2/5/6 ONLY)

Yes, you can in MM1/2/5/6 devices.
Note* M7/M9 does not allow alternative SIM card usage as the eSIM in M7/M9 is soldered to the board.

The use of your own SIM card is the sole responsibility of the user.  Monimoto cannot guarantee the SIM card will work even if in our experience we know most SIM cards work properly.

Consider the advantages of the default SIM card included with Monimoto:

• MM5 SIM card has roaming enabled by default. It will work anywhere in the European Union, plus some other European countries. MM6 also works in a number of countries outside of Europe. 
• Our SIM card works with at least two GSM operators in each country (up to six operators in some countries). This guarantees continuous GSM network coverage throughout the entire countries territory.
• With our SIM card you will be notified before the subscription expires so you can renew it in time. We will not be able to notify you in case your data/voice/text is low with other SIM cards.
• Our SIM card has APN settings pre-programmed, while other SIM cards will require you to enter APN details during the pairing process. You'll have to obtain APN settings from your SIM card provider.
