If an alarm has been triggered, you will receive a phone call. If the device is not disarmed using by your Key Fob, Bluetooth connection in the App (through Device Settings), or Alarm Actions - Disarm/Snooze. Then the device will consider it is still 'stolen' and all subsequent events are part of the same theft.
In this situation if the alarm is triggered again, a phone call will not arrive because the device assumes you have already been alerted to the theft in progress earlier.
