If you are getting alarms:

1. First, check if you driving together with Key Fob in your pocket.

2. Check if Key Fob battery is full. Simply connect to your device from Settings tab and go to Key Fobs. Try to refresh several times for it to update. You should see at least one Key Fob connected. Check if battery is OK and if connection shows any level. If you have your Key Fob in your pocket and you are sitting on your bike, the reliable connection should be more than 20%. Try to put your Key Fob in to the other pocket and make sure that there are no metal things nearby that are blocking the signal.

3. If your Key Fob does not show connection and you have a Key Fob with a white ring around it, remove the battery from the Key Fob and not push it back all the way. We have discovered that the golden pad located under the battery in the Key Fob is a bit too small. Sometimes this leads to a loss of connectivity.

Here is an example of how it should look.
